Hi everyone. Here is the latest news.
Charlie is having a very hard time breathing & it is taxing his heart big time. Currently, he requires a special machine to help him breathe, but even so, it's difficult. He will be discharged from hospital this week into a nursing facility where he will have 24 hour care and the machinery he needs to breathe. He is unable to sit up or walk around, but at the nursing home he will have access to his laptop, and if he has the energy he does read all your comments. He is very overwhelmed by everyone's love and concern.
That's all for now.

Thank you for the update. I cannot stress enough that there are a bunch of people out here thinking about Charlie every day and pulling for him.
Stay strong Charlie please. As Robert says we are all with you and Martha in spirit.

Wandering Coyote - thank you so much for the continued updates
Charlie - just wanted to remind you to put sheep semen under your nose. It doesn't help your breathing, but it does give everyone else a good laugh...
Charlie you have so much more funny stuff that we all still need to read and laugh with you about.
Get well and stronger.
Lots of love and energy to Charlie & Martha!
And many thanks to W.C. xxx

Thanks yet again for the update W.C.
What some people will do to get fussed over by women in uniform!
Best wishes to all.
I thought I told you to get better, Charlie. Just like a man to not listen. ;)
Thanks Coyote for keeping us in the know.
Ah come on Charlie, I need to read some more stories of enlightenment. Or at least the kind that make me giggle. Get better soon Mister! No that's not a demand, it's a politely worded southern request, dammit. ;)
Charlie, Charlie, Charlie. . .
All the Pans miss you muchly. Moi included. I'm breathing heavy for you!
Thank you for the update - I'll sing for Charlie tonight at the sweat...

Hubby and I send our deepest caring love to Charlie and we send a warm sweet hug. The kind of hug the stranger gave him one day he needed it.
Get well, I have only just found your blog and have enjoyed reading it.
I hope that he will get the rest and respiratory assistance he needs to make a full recovery.
Thanks for the update, and lots of courage is being sent Charlie & Martha's way. Hang in there, we're all behind you xox
You're in my prayers Charlie!
Thank you, Wandering Coyote.
What Savannah said. We're all thinking of Charlie, from all over the world.
Get out of that damn nursing home as soon as you're ready so you can tell us all about it!
I think we all need to plan an en masse visit down to the care home to hang out with Charlie. We'll bring our own chairs, or just sit on the bed.
Obviously we all miss you a lot, Charlie, and you are not going to ditch us that easily!
Thanks so much for the updates, WC. We really count on them.
*hand squeeze* Hope you're feeling all this love, Charlie. I think it must be visible from space.
I hope so much you will be better soon
Hang in there, Charlie! We're all pulling for you.
Oh Carlie,
I am saddened by this news. I will pray for you. I know you don't believe, but allow me to believe for you! I miss your interesting blogs and insight. I feel like I know you. Please hang in there and know that you are a child of God.
Hugs and blessings,
Amanda
Hey Charlie, I would appreciate it if you sorta' put this nonsense behind you and just get well and start posting. The damn blog universe is sageless right now!
And Martha, God bless you.
Thanks so much Coyote.
Ill start up a campaign ... see if anyone out there wants to donate a set of lungs! How great would that be!
Stay string Big C!

Love you, Charlie. Hang in there.
Of all the cheap ploys to get people to leave comments on your blog! Please get well soon, we miss you so much.
Hiya Charlie: looking out my window at a great big moon right now so I'm using it to bounce the white beams and oms in a bank shot right down to Arizona.
Thanks again, WC. One day I'll drive out to B.C. and give you a hug for this.
