Have a nap for the next 6 days and get up in time for Halloween. Place yourself with your oxygen machine by the front door and scare the life out of any trick or treaters who call by...
Charlie, I'm with Kim, I think you could make this whole oxygen thing work for Halloween. I'm looking forward to your next post the way the mosquitoes of August look forward to my type O, the way the grown up me looks forward to 5:00 p.m. Friday, the way the 12 year old me looked forward to the last day of school, the way raw oysters look forward to that splash of Tabasco sauce ( you know they love it)
Tip: When stumped for content, I usually upload a Youtube video of someone somehow getting accidentally hit in in the balls. There's a million of those.
Taking no drugs to speak of, but October just sort of flew away from me too. Did spend a few days of it visiting the daughter and SIL in Virginia, which was special. But in past years, a lot of bad stuff has happened in October---Hallowe'en (which I HATE); my wonderful father-in-law passed away; my beautiful Sheltie Bonnie had to be put down; my mother-in-law was born. Oh, wait---I guess that last thing was rather important to my current existence, brambly as I find it to deal with her now. *sigh*

Thanks Charlie - means a lot to me.

I hope you didn't forget your costume and trick or treat candy - it's the big October thing.
wishing you the best and don't scare anybody too much
Life is like that: get involved in getting through each day, and before you know it, a month or year or decade has flown by! Looking forward to it.
thank god is cooled off outside finally huh!
Wow, I missed Kim's birthday. Darn.
Did you take down the post about Disqus? I missed the conversation there totally.
Anyway...Take your time and take care! Looking forward to a post from you, but don't over tax yourself!

So hope you are feeling better!
Is it October already?
Happy birthday to Kim, a mere baby.
Hey Charlie
I just added a link to you on Kim's BD post :-)
Can't wait, Charlie, for a real post.
Hugs with blessings,
Amanda
Gives me something to look forward too past the political nitwit season. :)
